I was thinking of the name Isabella...?

I *know* Alexia is an unfortunate brain disorder affecting ones ability to read, so I *think* that would be a particularly unfortunate choice. :(

And since Isabella already ends in an A, it seems rather pointless to try and suggest other A middle names that will work well with it, since none truly will. All manage to sound like a stutter, at best. If you honestly want an A middle name, for whatever reason, you might consider Isobel instead.

People will start to think her name is Isabelle if her middle name starts with an a. Why not just name her Isabelle Alexia?

I think it sounds silly to have a name that ends with an 'a' run right into another name that starts with an 'a'...and ends with another 'a'. That is too much. I like Isabella Anne or Isabella Amelia or Isabella Audrey...but too many 'a's will start to sound funny. But I love Isabella.

Isabella a(anything) is going to make it sound more like isabelle and then the middle name. If you really want an "a" name, try Isabella angelina or arianna
