Possibility of a twin having twins?

I hear it "skips a generation", but I have heard of a twin having twins. I am asking this because I am a twin myself (have a twin brother) and I was wondering the chances whenever I become pregnant :)

Your chances are actually really high....you are a female from a set of fraternal twins. Your mom passed the gene to you that allows you to release more than egg during ovulation. That makes your chance of having twins pretty high. (that gene is passed down on the mothers side (from grandma, to mom, to you)

Skip a generation my eye. My Aunt was a twin and she had TWO sets of twins AND a set of TRIPLETS. My family has had a set of twins/triplets EVERY GENERATION for the last 4 generations. No one is safe! Aunts daughter Rosie has twins herself!

No fertility drugs involved at all!!!!!

Having fraternal twins runs on the mothers area. I had fraternal twins one million boy and one million female and the well-being care expert stated it exchange into as a results of fact I launched greater suitable than one million egg for the time of ovulation. It has no longer something to do with the guy, it purely occurs that there exchange into 2 eggs launched that have been given fertilized by utilizing 2 seperate sperm. something is a threat. purely enable mom nature take its direction and pray for a healthy toddler or toddlers if God blesses you with greater suitable than one.

I don't personally know of any twins who have given birth to twins, but I'm sure it happens. It's just more common to skip a generation or even more common when fertility drugs are used.

    good luck

Better than a singleton (assuming that you're a woman. If you're a twin but a male then it wouldn't increase your chances at all)

increases when you take fertility drugs like clomid.
