Will the Colorado Rockies do the same thing they did last season?

Last season, the Rockies came out of no where and became national legue champions. Do you think they'll do that again or possibly win it all?

I don't think so, it's going to be harder. Now they have expectations to deal with, and every other NL team is going to be gunning for them- there are no surprises, unlike last year.

As a Rockies fan, I'm glad to see people still talking about them!

They won't go on an incredible run again like they did in 2007. That was certainly special and it will be a long time before another team does something like that winning 21 of 22 and sweeping their way to the World Series.

As for being the NL champions again, its going to be tough for sure. Its tough for any team to repeat as champions. I know they have the talent and will to get there. I like for the Rockies to make a push to win the NL West and if they get it anything can happen from there. But look for them to be competitve and tough to beat in 2008.

I have a hard time believing they will be able to do this again next year. D-Backs SHOULD win this division as of now and the Padres will be tough again. Geez, that's just inside their own division! There's a lot of if's in the NL, but the Mets, Phillies, & Braves should compete in the East and the Brewers, Cubs, and maybe the Cards should be tops in the Central. That's a lot of competition for them, but they should be in playoff contention until September.

In all honesty, they are probably going to come down to earth a little bit. I would not be too suprised to see them take a small step back this year, then in 2009 and beyond really make some waves. There will be a huge amount of adjustment for them to make, seeing as how now they have expectations and everyone in the NL is gunning for them.

I think they will play good all year round and won't actually have to pull out a 21 game win streak to make the playoffs.......whether or not they win the Series depends on who they go against.......they are fully capable to make the playoffs though

No-they won't be nearly as good. They signed Kip Wells, who lost what, 15 games for the Cardinals last season. Plus they won't surprise anyone this year.

If they did it wouldn't have the same WOW factor as it did this year. Honestly, before they started winning I could only name four players on there team, and just because I met them at a Mets game.

Yeah, in another 10yrs. Rockies suck. They lost there star player to the Astros. Stay at the bottom with the Giants.

    War Dodgers!!!

No. I think that they will own the Wild card all year and the D-backs to win the division.

They'd be hard-pressed to do the same thing, and honestly, they shouldn't. they should be in a position to lead from the get-go, not coming from behind. Their young nucleus is stellar. I'm just glad I'm a Sox fan, :)
