Is there any way I can check to see if someone will be deported?
My brother in law is currently in jail and parole date scheduled for 12/31/07. We found out that immigration will be picking him up. There has been no hearings for this matter.
I am adding more after what Glenda added in her comments. It's ignorant people like you that make this country what it is. I agree that there are some people in this counrty that deserve to be sent back if a serious crime was comitted. This is not that serious!! However, even if you lived here for 30 years like in his case if your not legal then they send you back. Try to be less racist towards hispanics and more open to the different cultures around you. You met one racist latino. Stop stereo typing! It does not make the rest of the hispanic community the same way.

Well unlike the other racist people on yahoo answers ,i don't think that all illigel immigrants are criminals,and he probably didn't do anything bad,he probably just got caught by a cop ,or something,and sorry unless you go and ask at the police station where he's at then you won't know .But don't listern to those people they're racist and have no idea what they're talking about ,but whatever ,and sorry i couldn't help you with your question,good luck "He probably didn't do anything bad" if he didn't do anything BAD, he would probably NOT been caught by a cop! He apparently did. First offence is being in the country illegally. I have never been a racist. Never really knew a racist untill I met an illegal latino....they really do hate Americans. They think the U.S. owes them and Americans are in the way. Deport the guy!! We don't need any more criminals in this country.

If he wants a hearing then you'd better hire an immigration attorney for him, fast. Because he'll be gone pretty fast if you don't.

If he is serving time in prison now, with a release date of 12/31, and is an illegal criminal alien and ICE knows about it, I believe that on his release he will be deported.
