Is it easy to create forms on a website, and where can I find a good tutorial or some code?
I just need to have a few fields for users to type and save some info on my site. What's the easiest way to do it?

Try searching http://www.hotscripts.com./ There are a lot of resources there that are free or cost a few dollars.

Check here for a great tutorial on how to create them on your own. They are quite easy to do.
