Losing someone we love so much to death hurts so bad, but when it's your parents, that no doubt hurts in a way you couldn't imagine. You maybe feeling so lost and helpless. If you are a person who believes in the Bible, I encourage you to seek comfort in these passages: Revelation 21:4; John 5:28,29; 2 Thessalonians 1:2.
Psalms 51:17 is encouraging also "A heart broken and crushed, O God, you will not despise."

first off i am sorry for your loss... the reason you feel like you are five is because when you lost your dad you were upset but you had your mom still... so you could grieve together.....once you lost your mom... you feel alone and lost.... you feel like you have no one to talk to .... but you do talk to your friends... co workers... other family members.... they were the only parents you will ever have.... and dont worry keep them in your hearts ... its ok to grow nd mov on.... it just takes time....
im sorry and i hope i helped a little
