Seriously was The Cool the mainstream album of the year or Th Big Doe Rehab?

Besides the first week...and the true hip hop heads...The Big Doe Rehab... hasnt gotten much conversation...I dont know if it can really be considered a "mainstream" album just because of the number of albums sold...

Disagree. I'll admit I'm not one of the biggest Ghostface fans. I did really enjoy this album. (Yolanda's House, one of the songs of the year IMO). But I agree with the dude above me, i like 8 Diagrams more. There's something about the Wu as a whole that gets me. (I like Enter the Wu-Tang more than any of their early solo albums like Liquid Swords or OB4CL) As for album of the year, i really think it's Blu & Exile "Below the Heavens". Its the only album of he year that i have bumped continously since i bought it. Either that or 8 Diagrams.

i agree wit you once again evil.....but i told you i like the cool but im not as hype as every one else is about lupe....the cd is nice tho dont get me wrong!!!! but i dont think you can consider the big doe rehab a mainstream album at all!!!! so i would have to say the cool!!!!

Big Doe Rehab aint mainstream bruh......but both of those were trumped in my eyes by Eardrum.....but if you had to force me to pick one it would be Big Doe right now....I be switchin positions on this based on my mood though....lol like a woman....real hip hop heads know hip hop is a b*tch lol
