Getting dumped is getting dumped. I think the reasons for it carrry more weight than just WHO she would leave you for.

it happened to me with the first woman i ever loved, it was the most emotionally pain full thing that i had gone through up to that point in my life. The woman that Erin (my girlfriend) was dumping me for, told Erin that if Erin was going to dump me then Sara ( the other girl) would pick me up. it turned out to be an interesting summer with lots of sex lots of laughs, and our "fun" loving relationship lasted for many years. But yes it hurt.....a lot.

I don't think so. Theres not a whole lot a dude can do if she crosses over to the other side. Maybe she will let you watch that way it isn't a total loss.

I think I wouldn't really know the answer until soem time passed. I mean, if it was in fact that they stayed together and were happy - perhaps it WAS / is true love between them :-)

Hi! My answer is no. No, it wouldn't hurt as much, but it would still hurt. You see you can't make anyone love you, that has to be in them, in their heart. I would not want to be with anyone who did not truly love me. To be happy in life you need to be with someone you truly love. Hope this helps.
