perfect season???

congrats to the pats on going 16-0 and everything.. but i think people are forgetting that the pats have almost lost to the, colts, ravens, eagles, and now the giants... and 1/2 of the teams i just mentioned arent even going to the playoffs this year and one of them gave the dolphins their first win... and for the two that are going to the playoffs only one of them is a true threat to the rest of the teams in the post season.. so really i mean 16-0 is great but should they really get the title "perfect season"???

well i dont think the players themselves (and someof us fans) think its a perfect season yet. It will all be much less if we dont get to super bowl...thats the goal.....this other stuff is just icing you know? if we dont win superbowl....its going to be bitter sweet.

Well it has been a perfect season. They haven't lost any games. No other team has ever had 16-0 win in the season. Not even Miami. Even if they lose in the play off it's not going to change that fact.

Play offs are post season. Did Miami win all their games in their perfect season plus post by blow-outs??? I don't think so.

Thats almost like saying that Manning Touch down record should have never counted because they didn't go to the superbowl that year!! Silly isn't it!

  • I agree completely. IN the Colts game, Marvin Harrison was out injured and Adam Vinatieri was also injured. THe Ravens, they just lost to the dolphins! how embarrasing is that?

did they lose? last time i checked is that a perfect season is a season with at the end a 1.000 winning percentage

    but they arent done yet.

its not over, they still need a super bowl

while i have to give props to the pats, i also have to agree with you. they hardly did beat the giants tonight. perfect season..well they are undefeated..so i guess you can say that.

Jealous.....lol. now that's funny as hell. i am far from being jealous and as far as i know, the fans don't play the game..the team does!!

So . . . . unless the Patriots destroy everyone by at least thirty points, it's not a "perfect season"? Please. The '72 Dolphins played more teams with losing records, yet that's rarely brought up.

Amen brother. I completely agree with you. And you forgot to mention the cheating. I dont care if people say they still could of won they games the fact is they cheated and it gave them an unfair advantage

ITS NOT A PERFECT SEASON PER SE!

THE PATRIOTS HAVE A PERFECT REGULAR SEASON!

THEY NEED TO GO UNDEFEATED IN THE POSTSEASON!

THE DOLPHINS HAD A PERFECT REGULAR SEASON AND A PERFECT POSTSEASON CAPPED OFF BY WINNING THE SUPERBOWL!

THE PATRIOTS HAVE YET TO DO THAT!

    SO HOLD YOUR TONGUE BUDDY!
