I need to know what video this is...?
I think it's an eighties video but I could be wrong. I just know one scene where there is 2 guys in suits and instead of heads they have fishbowls with water and there is a big goldfish in it... and no it doesn't have to do with Pink Floyd or the I Wish You Were Here song.
and no it is not the Panic! At The Disco Song, this is an older song

the song is called "Lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her cloths off" wow long name.lol. i wonder why most of their songs have long names. the world may never no. anyway i hope i was of some help. just click the link to make sure

Hmm... well it's not from the 80's but Panic! at the Disco got that song 'Lying is the most fun a girl can have without taking her clothes off' where everyone's got fishbowls on their head.
Urgh, who'd give a song such a long name; in the time it took for me to type that out I could've darned my socks, fixed my dinner and taken a shower.
