Lump directly under nippe.?
Well, there's this hard, tender lump directly under my nipple. I've asked and some people say its part of puberty and menstruation. Should I be concerned?

It could just be part of puberty and menstruation. Caffeine also causes lumps sometimes. My recommendation would be to ask your doctor.

when did you feel the lump? You should do self breast examination 7 days after menstruation.. because during menstruation, it is normal to feel any tenderness in the breasts..

it could be a swollen lymph node? like you may have an infection? But i suggest you get it checked out by a doctor to be on the safe side.
