hi, i am looking for any triplex, duplex condo or any real estate that i can buy for 20 000$, in montreal or brossard.. something that i can put on rent and people would want, help me me out please thank you!!

    Hey do you know exactly or in which area of Montreal you are interested in buying??? have you check the classified in the Montreal paper or get in touch with a real estate in that area

    (i.e. La Presse, Monreal Gazette)
