you can go to each push button on the bottom of the monitor under the toolbar but when you want back on you need to go back to those buttons and put them back where they were for your on goings''

Full screen: In Internet Explorer, pressing F11 will go into kiosk mode (maximizes the window and removes all toolbars)
Sound: Not a clue, sorry! I don't play the game.
