this elusive idea of reality has made me ponder more than i want to admit. perception plays a major role in determining reality but on this level realily only exists on an individual level. i have asked a question of whether there is a universal reality which applies to all of us and i have not yet found a clear answer. however, i would like to think that there is soemthing innate in all of us which is not influenced by perception, genetics or social conditioning.
but just because reality is perceptive does not mean it is futile.
and hey..what is point of doing ANYTIHNG when the only thing which we can predict in life is death? it is up to you to find meaning and maybe to realise to a certain extent this "meaning" is an illusion (self created) BUT still be able to enjoy it. that way you will attach yourself less to your percpetion and YOUR reality. but you can always argue that this awareness of everything being illusion is an illusion itself and so forth..haha. crazy stuff! never ends :D:D

Life, in a biological sense, as we know it has death as its end. An infamous man once said that at birth a baby begins its journey to death.
Now, these may seem like stark realities, but can they be denied?
And the difference between a prince (millionaire) and a pauper (homeless man) is only their place in life.
Life in a scientific or biological sense is defined as:
"an organismic state characterized by capacity for metabolism, growth, reaction to stimuli, and reproduction".
If your question is seeking something that is intangible regarding life, then your search for an answer is beyond the physical. What else might there be? Your imagination can run the gamut.

the millionaire is a creator, a mover and a shaker of the world. the homeless man is a bum, impoverished in assets and in spirit, and he is essentially a leech. he will beg and take but he won't have anything to contribute to the world. that is the difference between them
life is survival.
a baby gains life...and it will continue to grow. it's up to the baby to develop it's tool of survival after that. the baby will be responsible for it's own intellectual content. nature may be given but humans have a choice regarding what to do with the given after that. this choice is constant (whether we know it or not)in every aspect of our lives. which can also be added that knowledge isn't automatic.
reality is the standard of life and it is reality that will always have the last word.it is up to the individual to perceive it (reality) correctly. not to escape or deny it but to respect it and understand in order to know(truth and facts).

Whether rich or poor, everyone suffers in their own life. All of us will definitely meet each other in the our permanent home, tomb, regardless the divisions.
The only one thing we have to do in this short life time is being happy as much as possible without doing any harms to others.

Life is just one big irony. the rich cant take money with them to the grave while the poor die trying to get rich. when someone relises truth in their life they get hit by a bus.
its just ironic how life plays its self out.

its no good being rich you cant take any of it with you when you die
