No.
The only reason why i would consider this trade is that Hill and O'Neal are proven injury risks. However, Haywood is doing better than he typically does and should regress slightly after the all-star break. Ray allen is really the 3rd option in boston and isnt giving fantastic stats that he used too. Plus he is getting rather old.
Hill is doing great, and is a perfect sell-high canidate. O"neal has been lights out lately, but also has a track record of playing only 65-70 games. He is also another sell high canidate.
So while I would trade those players, I am just not sure this is the best deal out there that you can get. MAYBE if the deal is spiced up and haywood is swapped out, I would consider it more just for the fact that a player giving you 80 games is better than players proven to miss 20+ games.

REJECT!!! Grant Hill is an emerging player and Jermaine has been getting to the point that he was last season. Ray Allen doesn't scare that much because most of their games are blowouts and the coach rests them. The only good he will give to the team is 3pt. Haywood is old and getting tired...Jermiane is young and in his prime.

No... you already seem to have a good amount of people who shoot the 3 already. Three's would be the only stat Ray Allen would provide you. You would also be losing rebounds and points if you give up O'Neal and Hill.

I wouldn't take it. Jermaine is great and would leave you weak a center without him. Also ray gets the least stats out of the boston big 3.
