Why did God make the desire to have sex so strong?

God didn't make the desire so strong, man did. When you marry, your alound all the pleasure with your wife.

The desire is there so that we'll continue to reproduce. It's basic biology.

As far as the being married part, that's a way to ensure that children are brought up in an environment where their needs are provided for. The misuse of sex leads to some of the most broken states of being imaginable. Marriage is just a way of holding sex as sacred and something not to be trifled with; it's a recognition of the true spiritual power that sex has.

I don't condemn people who have sex outside of marriage, but I do hope that they are responsible about it.

Eating is also a God given desire, but look what happens when our eating habits become twisted.Its the same with sex.When we twist and pervert something that has been given to us by God, satan takes over and destroys something that was intended to be good.

I do not mean to sound rude but are you so blind that you cannot see what promiscuous sexual activities have done?

you need to understand that we are create it in three parts. Body mind and soul. and we need to take care of the three of them.
