why is it that some ignorant person who asks a idiotic question can get you reported just for giving them a stupid answer wow

Yes, I have been, and I think many people get reported wrongly. With a site such as this one, there probably isn't much that you can do about it, other than to be careful with questions and answers. Even if you are careful, you can still be reported.

Yes I have and I am sure that many others have too.
Some of those types of questions are posted purposely to irritate and goad people into replying with a reportable answer. Just think twice before posting an answer.
