Would being born a hermaphrodite make you exempt from the draft?
Even if externally you took the appearance of a male, or had the female organs removed?
Okay, clearly their is not a draft. If they were to instate one though, only males would be eligible. This is a serious question.
No, I'm not a hermaphrodite. There was this guy in my class who claimed he had an embarassing medical condition that would make him exempt from the draft, and I thought there was a possibility he was a hermaphrodite. No ****, there's no draft. We probably wouldn't draft females even if there was one.

If the hermaphrodite still had the female organs: yes
If the hermaphrodite had the female organs removed: no
(lots of XX look XY - so the "even if externally you took the appearance of a male" does not apply)
All of age American males must sign up for selectice service for the draft before they turn 26. And YES there still IS a draft (technically) it just IS NOT active now.

There is no draft, so that is not a question. However, since I am not an expert on the medical or physical condition you provided, I could not give you a correct answer if there was a draft.

Stop with the draft questions.

Firstly.
There's no draft.
Secondly.
No.
I'm pretty sure that they'd draft females, too, since they now allow females in the military.
So.
If you're both...Um. You'd still be eligible for draft.
Quit being a wuss, kay?
