    Actually u will never understand it by reading the definition ... go to your library and find this Article by Clarence Edwin and the reference is : The Malayan Law Journal Articles [2000] 4 MLJ i; [2000] 4 MLJA 1

    Apparently it means "Agency relationship recognised by the courts that allows a spouse to charge necessities to the other spouse or allows a dependent to charge necessities to a parent"
