FBI need them to investagate and they will not answer the phone?
I have some people that need to be investagated, that they have taken some papers and it would be a federal offence and they wont do a thing about it.
Because these people are attny`s they wont go after them. Amazing
ole whatever you name is. This is a serious matter and not something to be taken lightly.

You should start by reporting the incident to the local police. If they can not establish jurisdiction, they will refer it to the proper authorities.

CHAIN OF COMAND.....it might not be a case for the F.B.I. many people assume that F.B.I. will pick up any case that are thrown at them...File a police report FIRST...if it needs to be handle by the F.B.I. they will forward your case to them.
As soon as you get a case number from the police...Go to the F. B.I. website and send them an e mail with your concern. make sure you put the Case number in you email and the officer in charge

How do you know for sure. They probably already in the process of investigating those people you're talking about, without your knowledge.
Contact your state attorney office.......
