It says i can download any game i want for a certain fee, but i wanted to know if it was just a hoax or if it really works, i may be able to download onto my psp but not able to play them off the mem stick.

well its a slippery slope... Honestly, im going to assume its legit...but, its an illegal service because of the games intellectual property rights..
Your better off doing it legally through Sonys online store...You can download games to your PC and then add them to your memory stick and play them via your psp
