How to burn a file to a cd that cannot be copied by anyone???

    If they can see it, they can copy it.

    If this is for your own personal backup, you can put all your files in a .zip or .rar with a password. For ultra sensitive files, like if a hacker or police would really want them, use truecrypt http://www.truecrypt.org/
