If Bush lied to start Iraq war, who thinks he's lying to start an Iran war?

The Bush administration will lie about Iran for the same reason it lied about Iraq: OIL.

Cheney covets all that OIL, and before Bush leaves office, the U.S. will be 'at war' - however illegally or immorally.

Administration officials know "weapons of mass destruction" won't work again, so they'll probably stage another 'terrorist attack' on U.S. soil just before the 2008 elections. Bush will be ordered to declare martial law (which is easier to do since he has revoked the Posse Comitatus Act of 1879). He will claim that this is not the time for a change in administrations, and will install himself as President for an indefinite period of time.

Just as the Bush #1 non-military 'benchmark' in Iraq is to force the Iraqi Parliament to surrender two-thirds of its oil fields (allowing American oil companies to virtually STEAL Iraq's most valuable economic resource), a 'war' in Iran will accomplish the same objective: seize Iran's OIL - at any cost in civilian and troop casualties. -RKO- 01/15/08

Lemme correct you. You missed mentioning afghanistan, threats to all neighbouring muslim countries who would not co-operate or stay quite like syria and pakistan etc.

He has hidden agendas and bin laden is just a charcter made to justify wt excuses they have to make. I'm in total agreement with you and see where your coming from. Bush only knows how to lie and way too many people liston to him. I believe,if a country attacks us...go in..kick butt..take out who ever is respondsable and get out.End of conflict / war..period.
