Do the "sugar free gold" tablets ( mfg. cadila healthcare) have any side effects ?
I am trying to reduce sugar intake , for which I have given up eating sweets. But it is very hard to give up coffee or Tea which usually consume once or twice a day. Can I use sugar free gold tablets in coffee or tea may be max. tablets consumption per day ? I am bit overweight, age 35 and no B.P. or diabetic problems. I have been regularly doing Pranayama & now started a fast walk for 30 min every morning.
Please advise me on sugar free.
