weight question?

im 5 feet n i weigh 123.5 lbs / 56 kg .. what should be my ideal weight . i do aerobics n walk for 30 mins 5 days a week .. is this sufficient? any tips for weight loss?

my BMI is 24.1 is that too high??

    I'm 5 ft 5" and way 62.4kg. I really don't think you need to lose much weight. I think the exercise you're doing is sufficient enough. You could always walk for an extra half hour if you're not satisfied. But I think you're at a healthy weight and get enough exercise. Just eat a healthy diet from each food group. I'm sure you do anyway.

    edit: A BMI between 18.5 - 24.9 is normal weight.

    I'm not to sure where you should be for weight , you can check your bmi on line and that will give you an idea of where you should be. Try eating smaller portions drinking atleast 8 glasses of water daily and cutting out any bad food from your diet.
