How do i help legalize my foreign friend?

I work along side men and women who are illegal workers here in the U.S. Hard working people, I want to help them become legal so that they could have a life outside of work and sleep. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    They need to go back to their own countries and apply to come here legally. They would have to get to the back of the line. The only way. If they get deported first, there is a 10 year ban on them to even APPLY to come back legally.
