Why can't my computer start?

My 2nd computer recently shut down. Now, everytime i try to turn it on, it doesn't do anything. Then, 30 mins later, it can turn on, but for only 5 minutes. I checked that everything was in place, but nothing was wrong with it. What happened to my computer?

    Clean or replace the fan processor over heated.
