I'll just assume that you meant that you have the cd key but not the software - if thats the case then just try find someone with a vista cd you can borrow, although downloading the software probably wouldnt be classed as illegal if you have a legal key. If you dont have a cd key then it probably isn't worth the risk using a copied one cos Microsoft scans for more than one person using each key.

Vista is not worth breaking the law for, give a user friendly Linux distro a try.
