my legs are so chunky?!?

im 5"3.5 and have long legs compared to other people my height..the only problem is: there really chunky!

I suppose alot of it is muscle but i even get a skin crease above my knee where muscle meets fat :S

is there any excercises to SLIM them down, NOT build up muscle? :)

Hey i feel your need for help, basically just do alot of leg exercises like cycling, running, even walking. its brilliant for you legs don't do any weights on them at all, and stretch alot, this will spread the muscle.hope this helps!

I don't think your chunkiness will deprive you of meeting the right partner and having good relations. Don't obsess over limbs. I don't beleive there is anything in the world you can do to make your thighs smaller. If you attempt to diet you'll lose the muscle in your legs but instead you'll have fat or loose skin. Your legs will never be slim and firm the way you want them to be. Trust me.

my dear, you're not the only one. and i DO have a skin crease but i think in my case it's the fat bulging over fat. um well actually there's no way to spot reduce an area so i suggest you do aerobic exercises and eat healthily.

running is the best exercise, if you have to start by walking.
