everytime I yawn, my hearing goes nuts, what is wrong with me?

this question is too vague...what do you mean by " my hearing goes nuts"? did you mean hearing aid, do you mean you hear wierd noises? do you mean all sound ceases in your ears and then returns when the yawn stops?...you see, the question cannot be answered because it is not clear what the whole wuestion really is.

Do you hear a ringing? Could be tinnitus.
