There's an expat store in Scheveningen but it's ridiculously expensive... I was there a few years ago and I remember a box of Count Chocula costing about €12,-
oh, it might be what answerer #1 was talking about... The one I went to was in Scheveningen Haven though, next to the Visafslag... So I guess it was a different place, can't find a website, sorry
Woodleaf & Furn – This shop is in the centre of the Hague, and has recently moved to the Haagsche Bluf, which is a small partially covered shopping area between Venestraat and Nieuwe Straat. It sells things like Crabtree and Evelyn products and all sort of fancy bits and pieces, but at the back you will find English (& some U.S) dry food products, like ingredients for baking, cereals, puddings, tinned soup and vegetables and also crisps and sweets – they have expanded a little into fresh produce too, with sausages and bacon.

An expat food shop specialising in British and U.S. products – and some Australians have said it does Aussie food too, opens a branch at Frederick Hendriklaan 71 in Scheveningen. (and other areas of Holland). The store is open 7 days a week. It is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, Thursday until 20:00, Saturday 9:30 to 17:30 and Sunday 12:00 - 16:00.
www.fabulousfood.nl – This website is an online shop where you can get expat foods sent directly to you.
http://www.americangoodies.nl/ - This is another online shop where you order it and get it sent to you
The American Book Center (Amsterdam + The Hague) also sells some stuff for more reasonable prices... cakemixes and syrup I think... http://www.abc.nl/

There is an English store on the Rozengracht, (does sell some American item too, as far as I know):
http://www.arkwrights.nl/ The have a full index on the site.
A 'delicatessen' (food specialty shop) in Amsterdam on the Leidsestraat, here a quote from one of the many sites mentioning it: "Lonesome for the tastes of home? Homesick Brits and North Americans will love Eichholtz Delicatessen. This shop is filled to the brim with all the items and brands you might be missing - Pop Tarts, Oreos, Pringles Chips, Christmas Pudding, pizza mix, Kraft marshmallows, and more, more, more. Leidsestraat 48."
I did not find a site for them (but that might exist.)

There's a shop called Kingsalmarkt in Amstelveen that sells American products. The website is www.kingsalmarkt.nl. The address is Rembrandtweg 617-635, 1181 GV Amstelveen-noord and the phone number is 020-6433751.
I live in Rotterdam and have seen different American products in different Albert Heijns (Hellmann's mayo, Skippy peanut butter) and Super de Boers (Kraft bbq sauce, maple syrup, Betty Crocker icing). With the mainstream grocery stores it may be hit or miss, depending on how many expats may live in an area and buy those products.
