undo windows xp re-installation?

please help me. i accidentally re-installed windows and all my stuff was deleted. is there any way i could undo the re-installation. the system restore was also cleared. please, it's a matter of life and death

    When one reformats and re-installs Windows all data is lost. Your hard drive gets completly wiped. Sorry.

    If you did a full system restore, or a full installation of xp again then no you can not get your "stuff" back. It was overwritten in the process of the installation. sorry
