Depends on where you are meaning township, area, etc.
Go to that areas goverment office and they will be able
to help and find a lawyer to guide you and check details

one element is for specific, greater deficit spending won't help us. shrink deep, close the government down till the funds is balanced. we don't desire the government dropping our money.
