Golfsmith?

I am wondering if anyone has ordered anything from golfsmith.com, and if you have, how was the service?

Update:

I am thinking about buying a tennis skirt from there.

I've ordered from GolfSmith regularly over the years. Their prices are good, shipping is fast and service is excellent. I typically order club components for my clubmaking hobby/business and have never been disappointed.

GolfSmith is a great company, fast to deliver, same prices as everyone else, and the descriptions are great on some stuff and some it's not. Stay away from eBay. Golf Galaxy is worse on desriptions and service than GS.

I'm a frequent Golfsmith customer, both in-store and online. Their prices are average, but their sale prices are pretty good. Service is great and they have really fast shipping.

Now they are the only store I deal with , I shop online and instore , I really love their club trade program , they have always had Super Customer Service and fast delivery , I don't have a bad thing to say about them.

My personal experience, strictly on-line ordering, is that I could always find the item cheaper at another web site, their shipping charge was more than other websites, and they have to charge sales tax because they have stores in most every state. Again, my experience is just on-line purchases.

I've ordered a couple items from there. Service was excellent.

Slow to deliver, overpriced, and bad descriptions. Go with ebay, or golfgalaxy.com. Golfsmith lies!!!!!!!
