lowes and home depot have two-sided tape just for this purpose. its wonderful. i have also used it for scatter rugs, too. i especially like it for the bathroom rugs.

    good luck to you.

You can also get your hands on some stiff plastic sheeting.

Cut into triangles (your choice of size) for the corners. Use a sharp object make some holes around the edges. Attach by stitching the bits on the underside corners of the rug so you wont be able to see the stitching when flipped.

At least you can still move the rug for cleaning etc without having to worry about tape!!!!

    Cheers

Dampen it & put weight on it. Or tape added to back of that corner. Or insert a wire into corner of rug. Make sure there are no sharp ends on wire or ends sticking up to poke your feet. Best 'wires' are the insulated (covered) ones from electrical wiring.

i just saw this on tv a couple days ago. Buy one 12"x12" self adhesive tile. Cut the it into four triangles and stick one on each corner of the rug. The adhesive keeps it there and the weight of the tile keeps the corners down.

Dampen them, then bend them backwards (towards the floor). Let them dry overnight. The next morning flatten them back out. I've never had to try it, but maybe that'll work?
