If some one spills a whole can of soda on "key board," will it ruin it for ever and ever? Hope to hear NO!

It depends. You should get a cheap replacement unless its one you spent a good amount of money on ($50 +). The deal with the keyboard is, as ling as it didn't get any power to it after the spill, its still ok. You will need to go through the hassle of opening it and cleaning it out. This is where you measure if it is really worth your time. I helped a friend clean a small soda spill that went to the circuit board inside the keyboard. The only way to properly clean the circuit board is with a q-tip and some rubbing alcohol. The rest of the board (all the plastic and the keys, nothing with electronics on it) can be washed in a sink with mild soap. ( you can soak the keys, but do not use bleach, some keyboards lettering comes off in bleach).

If it's a newer keyboard then no it'll not ruin it, just clean it and don't let it set on their. However newer keyboards have a little circuit board in them usually in the top left corner, if the spill is their you may be in trouble.
If it's an older keyboard it'll probably last a little bit, but chances are you will have to replace it.

Any chemical spill on a keyboard is likely to destroy it. It is cheaper to replace it than to try and clean it up, even if you get it working, it is likely to continue corroding form the chemicals. If this is a laptop, you may lose the whole machine, as ALL the works is under the keyboard.

Even if you let an electronic device dry out, sometimes the effects are irreversible... The circuits fry if made wet.
My younger bro spilled just a tiny bit of liquid near my laptop, but my laptop hasn't been working normally ever since.

Hi there
Unplug it and dump it a bucket of water and then wash it out with the garden hose. Leave out to dry for a while or stick it in an oven at say 40 degrees C.
Cheers

well...sorry for what I'm going to say but yeah...but it wont get damage right away..first you'll start feeling that your going to have to press harder on some letters and than eventually some would work and some would not do anything at all...things happen...always remember nothing lasts for ever....

NO UNLESS IT IS VERY FRAGILE BECAUSE KEYBOARDS HAVE LIKE LONG STICKS UNDER THE BUTTON AND THERES A LITTLE OF STYROFOAM IN THE HOLE TO PROTECT IT.
