Tax Rebate? is this right or wrong?
Do you think it should be like this or should it be the people who did there taxes first should get the tax rebate checks first?
This is the same way the the Middle Class got there Tax Rebates in 2001.....

This is the way the rebates were issued in 2001.
THIS IS *NOT* HOW THE 2007 REBATES WILL BE ISSUED.
The IRS has not yet announced the order in which the 2007 rebates will be issued.

The IRS has yet to announce a schedule. Since rebates are based upon filing a 2007 tax return a more likely scenario would be in the order that the returns were accepted by the IRS. Until they announce a formal schedule there's no way to say right now; anything you hear, including this, is pure speculation.
One thing is for sure. It won't be on the schedule you posted as they start in May, not July.
