Downloading DDR Songs!!!?

Question

I know websites WHERE I can download DDR songs for Stepmania, BUT what I don't know is how to get them on the actually game program. After they download, how do I get them in the Songs file so I can actually play them...how do I add them to the program to play and is it hard. Can I have a detailed step by step instructions on how to download songs and where to put them in the folder/file so I can play them on Stepmania. Thanks in advance.

Hello, Downloading songs for Stepmania isn't that complicated and is easy after you get the idea. Well first you can check out these sites for downloading files for Stepmania:

DDR songs- http://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v4/simfiles.php

For other songs -http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/sims/

After you download a file it should be in a ZIP file. Open the zip file and copy the folder inside then go to Start> all programs> stepmania> open stepmania program folder> songs> *create a new folder if there's none*> *paste*

Sometimes, although rarely, simfiles are put into what is called a RAR file. This is basically just a whole bunch of files crammed into one for easy storage.

If you do download a RAR file, you need to extract it into a normal ZIP. Here is a free program that you may download to extract these RAR files:
