Inhaling alcohol fumes has little to no effect, and with the same quantity which you mention, there will be no effect. However the problems which you are having could be that of having an irritating smell around you. Overpowering unplesent smells can effect how you work. However alot of the effects noticed are caused by your mind, you thinking that you may be intoxicated from alcoholic fumes, will cause you to believe and possibly react as if you are intoxicated. =]

Psychosomatic effects. Inhaling alcohol fumes from one bottle would have no effect on you whatsoever. Your mind is playing tricks on you.
