Go from 15 to 16 inch tires/wheels?

I am running 15 inch wheels on an SUV, will going to a larger wheel size, like 16 or 17 inch cause problems for clearance and calibration?

    Calibration? If your talking speedometer error, then yes bigger tires and wheels will cause a speedometer problem.

    Go to: http://www.tirerack.com/

    and go to "upgrade garage"

    you can enter the exact make and model of your suv and you can even see what lager tires and wheels will look like on your ride. Good luck....

    Honda CRV? Won't fit.

    Ford Excursion? No problem.
