A new computer, wireless mouse will not operate. I followed all instructions to loading batteries, links.?
A new Microsoft wireless computer mouse refuses to move no matter what I do.I load new batteries to the mouse; press the links on the mouse and receiver, but no movement. I also tried switching the USB prong to different slots, nothing.
I tried the same practice on two other computers without success.Can you help me?

Reboot your computer with the USB plugged in.
If this doesn't work go to control panel...mouses...and make sure that it is selected.

maybe try looking for new drivers or updates?
and try calling the place where you bought them at
maybe they will be able to help you out
if worst comes to worst you can take it back and get a different/new one
