Does anyone else with acid reflux have this problem?
I was diagnosed with mild acid reflux last year, and one thing I've noticed is that I cannot really eat a proper breakfast. I can eat crackers or pretzels--something really carby--and then a few hours later, I can have some fruit with no ill effects. But when I try to have a bowl of cereal with soy milk (I'm vegan), I get a mild burning sensation in my belly an hour or two later. Is anyone else like this, unable to eat anything substantial early in the morning? Is this common with acid reflux?
And should I be concerned that I can't have a proper breakfast?

I have been a reflux sufferer for years and hardly did I know that acid reflux could eventually lead to cancer of the esophagus. https://tr.im/CureHeartburn
I was prescribed Lansoprazole which was brilliant but after two years of aching joints, extreme muscle pain which the doc gave me cortisone jags for, with some research I discovered the drug Lansoprazole was causing these rare side effects but it was I who diagnosed it NOT my doctor, I came off the drug 2 months ago, changed my diet and discovered just eating an apple stops any acid reflux, I eat an apple before bed, brilliant no acid, any time I feel the slightest sign of reflux I simply eat an apple.
Apple juice is not that good nor is anything else I have tried including honey at stopping reflux.

Acid reflux or heartburn is a significant problem for many of us. 60% of the population have symptoms of reflux (burning in the chest, indigestion, or regurgitation) and one-third have these symptoms weekly. It can impede the quality of our life, affect the enjoyment of our meals, and interrupt our daily activities.
With this video, I want to share some tips about how to take care of reflux symptoms. https://tr.im/EliminateAcidRefluxNaturally
Reflux is a chronic medical condition in which contents of the stomach backwash into the esophagus causing symptoms such as heartburn or regurgitation. It is usually caused by the failure of the lower esophageal sphincter, the valve between stomach and the esophagus, to close properly. That causes stomach contents to enter the esophagus, causing irritation leading to heartburn or indigestion.
