Run a bowl of water as warm as you can stand.. then add epsom salts to it. Put in a washcloth then ring it out and put it on the area that is bruised. Can also do it with vinegar, but personally I dont like smelling like a pickle. These are old tried and true methods. They don't make them instantly dissappear, but it speeds the process of dissolving them. Hope that helps.

put some ice on it... the swelling will go down underneath!
