No. They are not dating, Mike is currently dating Fefe Dobson (the Canadian singer). There's a photo of Mike and Fefe here:

And yes, there actually is a video when Mike kisses Ash's cheek, but it was her birthday. And she called him "the love of my life" in a joking way, she wasn't being serious.

Yes, they are dating I was in Canada and was watching the news and they reported that they are currently dating.
