    Yes.. the more government interferes the more poverty there is.. The "Great Society" just added momentum to the "New Deal" ball that is rolling all over our liberty... The *LAST* thing the government should do is bail out the Mortgage situation... Nether the Banks nor the borrowers should get government money.

  • Yes. Over regulation of labor ensures a permanent underclass. Entitlements destroy any incentive to earn or sense of personal obligation.

    i believe that job cuts are responsible..there can be jobs for everyone if we could make them available to the people who live hear.so yes i do agree.the govt allows foreign companies to take profit out of this country at our expence

    within reason, no. even though we are experiencing economic hardships right now, my wallet is relatively unchanged. aside from gas prices of course. my pay at work is unchanged, and inflation on commonly used items is reasonable. i think some people that don't want to work use it as an excuse not to work.
