It should be alright. If it keeps the USA safe then do it. I was sprayed by my superiors and I turned out just fine. It made me a better person.

Leadership is not a natural given element in life, it must be learned over time with experience, however some grasps this easier then others. When in doubt, ask yourself how you would feel to be in their shoes and being humiliated. As a junior leader, your senior leaders should be serving as role model and mentor with constant supervision to ensure you are properly leading your troops. If you are resulting to such procedures to enforce discipline then your leaders have failed you. Screaming, punching and silly mind games serve no purpose, you really have to work, study and apply proven techniques to be a successful leader. Every situation will be different and you must analyze and adapt to complete the mission or task. It is not always what you say but more about your actions. Many units provide continuous leadership training for the junior leaders and this is to assist with the leadership development. So, it is possible, depending on your leaders along with the legal people and how they view you and your methods to determine if you have violated a chapter with the UCMJ. As a junior leader and new to the ranks, you will make some bad decisions at times but learn and grow from your experiences. Lead from the front and by a good example.

You might find out the hard way that it is a good way to end your time in the military, or be reduced in rank, or any of a number of other results. Personally, I hope that your subordinate would get the chance to beat the c**p out of you where you can't prove that he had done so. With the attitude that you are implying, you are not fit to be in the service, much less superior to anyone. Such as you suggest is disrespectful to that person. Perhaps you would want someone that is superior to you to do that to you as well, publicly. If not, then show the same restraint for this other person.

It does work on cats. Or you could use an aerosol spray, that works on cats too, although the hissing noise might not annoy him enough so you might need to substitute it with an air horn. You could also try peeing in the water bottle before you spray him? Alternatively wait until he's not looking then tap him on the head with a baseball bat ;)

you're rabbit could desire to be having a warmth stroke. What you may desire to do is wrap chilly wash cloths around your rabbits ears. which will cool the blood down. Then get him in some AC or placed him in front of a fan. If that doesn't artwork then you definately could desire to take your rabbit to the closest emergency veterinary health center. reliable

yes it would be a violation of UCMJ laws (especially if you are that Marine's commander)

...I certainly hope you aren't stupid enough to do this---you can get into a lot of trouble---professionally (and personally, if that person decides to take you to civil court)...

uh thats called conduct unbecoming an nco and yeah you will get fried for that. what i did with a few of my junior marines is i gave him a big rock and a little rock. told him the little rock was his squad leader private rock and the big rock was his platoon sgt cpl stone. and then i told him the next time he needed something to take it through his chain of command ( ie the rocks) or give him a stick and tell him that its the platoons stupid stick and its his duty to ensure nothing happens to it. then have him do stupid **** with it like rifle manul have him get it chow and a bunch of other crazy ****. both are still hazing but funnier than **** at the same time

No, I did that a few times, and when I was a PVT far worse was done to me when I did something stupid.
