Yes there are, autokinoumena troxospita ( αυτοκινούμενα τροχόσπιτα) in Greece, actually it's becoming quite popular but l think most owners get tired of them after a couple of years and they sell them ( used). So there are many chances to buy a used motorhome in very good condition. But be careful, most of the motorhomes-used are imported in Greece from other EU countries and especially from Germany.

Apart from the links provided by the two ladies, you should look on the first kilometers of the two national roads off Athens to Corinth and Thessaloniki.

Many yards, there, have and sell what we call "troxospita" of various kinds. Also on the Vouliagmenis Avenue as far as its end there are also used car yards that stock them.

Best if you see them and inspect them on the spot.
