Sowing flower seed in my coldframe for quickest results , what variety please?

I missed out on my spring sowing of seed and although all the seed packets do give times and dates I wondered if anyone can recommend a surefire variety to get some colour in the garden asap. NE of Scotland weather being a main factor. Help appreciated .

Hi there, I'm from the USA so I am not familiar with your flowers. If you have a plant nursery near by, they will be able to help you choose what is best for your weather.

    Happy gardening to you.
