What happened on Boston Legal 4/22/08?

I missed it. I was able to see a clip of Alan Shore defending a man in front of the Supreme Court, but other than the stupid recap the ABC site gave, I don't know what happened. Can someone fill me in?

Update:

Ummm...yeah, that's not what I asked...

Update 2:

Thanks. I would've liked some more details, but if no one else answers, you'll win.

Yeah, I hear what you asked. Alan and Denny go to the US Supreme Court to argue for a mentally slow man who is convicted of raping a child. The etiquette of the Court is that you not mention guilt or innocence or even say the client's name. You only argue law. Alan, of course, gets all het up and argues for his client, naming him, his IQ, and his crime (non-homicide rape). The Court upholds the execution.

In a side story, Gerry finds out that his beautiful girl-friend is really a call-girl, so he gives her the boot.

Though the show has never produced blockbuster ratings, it continues to be one of ABC's most influential shows because of the audience it draws. According to Nielsen Media Research, Boston Legal draws the richest viewing audience on television, based on the concentration of high income viewers in its young adult audience The fourth season of "Boston Legal" will move to Wednesdays at 10:00 pm on April 30, 2008.
