I guess I'm a simple guy, I would ask two things if at all possible, if not, just the first.

1: I would like them to tell my wife I love her and I died happy thinking about her.

2: I would request to face them and be with out a blindfold instead of facing towards the wall or unable to see. It's a cowards death to die with your back towards your enemy or your eyes closed.

No matter what, I will die with the honor I am allowed, be it through knowing I had a wonderful life with my wife and being proud of just that, or knowing, I faced my enemy to the end, even if just in spirit.

I would have to ask if I could be put in a field and allowed to run around just to make things interesting I would ask for a paintball gun and a diaper daffy duck costume the have at disney. That would be one hell of an end.
